Overview
Join Orangescrum, the flagship product of Andolasoft, as a Mid-Level Product Manager. In this role, you will drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact SaaS solutions. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable products, ensuring continuous innovation and an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Leverage market research, user insights, and feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Translate ideas into clear product requirements and partner closely with engineering for timely delivery.

Track product performance and continuously optimize features using data-driven insights.

Communicate product strategies, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role.

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Linear.
