Required qualification : PHD in Lifesciences ( Microbology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry )
Required experience : 5+ years
· Responsibilities are to oversee and manage laboratory based research work on the areas of interest as specified by the company. Hands-on work in a laboratory setup will be required.
· You will have to work in association with company-designated seniors and company representatives.
· You will have to raise orders, maintain stock and accounts for work-based activities.
· You will be responsible to plan scientific studies, maintain journals and report findings on a periodic basis.
· You may have to undertake field visits as maybe required for the research work.
· You will be responsible for assigning duties to junior research associates and monitor their performance.
· You may have to represent company during grant review, seminars, trade-shows and other such forums.
· You may have to follow company specified procedures for attendance login and journal maintenance.
· You may have prior experience in handling government grants, financial planning, fund utilisation & budgeting for research.
· Should work efficiently in a fast paced work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
