- Campaign Execution: Build, scale, and manage paid acquisition strategies across search, social, and display networks.
- Budget Management: Allocate funds effectively across campaigns, targeting the highest-converting audiences to ensure optimal ROI.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily KPIs using Google Analytics and build visualization dashboards to track operational efficiency.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, product, and content teams to align marketing messaging with consumer intent.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in data analysis, root cause troubleshooting, and manipulating large datasets.
- Metric Focused: Deep familiarity with marketing metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and CPA.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex data sets into actionable strategies for executive leadership
- Typical Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 3+ years in paid media, growth marketing, or digital advertising.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Certifications: Current certifications in Google Ads or Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate are highly preferred
