Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with customers, and providing basic information about products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services clearly over the phone
- Handle customer queries and provide support
- Maintain call records and update data accurately
- Follow up with customers as required
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confidence and positive attitude
