Job Description
Appin Technology Coimbatore is looking for a passionate and target-oriented Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing the right IT courses and convert enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience in educational counseling or sales and be confident in achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about our training programs.
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert them into admissions.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and placement support.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for student onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Educational Sales, EdTech, or Training Institutes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
