Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Admission Counsellor / Centre Manager to oversee student admissions and manage centre-level operations. The role involves counselling prospective students, handling targets, and guiding the telecalling and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor telecalling and marketing team members
- Drive student admissions through follow-ups, counselling sessions, and campus visits
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional activities
- Maintain admission records and track performance metrics
- Support centre operations and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements:
- Fluency in Bengali language is mandatory
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales
- Experience in education or edtech industry preferred
- Team handling experience with target achievement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
- Minimum qualification: Graduation
