Job Description
Kalpavirutcham Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a motivated and target-driven Territory Sales Officer to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business within the assigned territory, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's FMCG products.
- Generate orders from retailers and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Submit daily sales reports and activity updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of FMCG Sales experience.
- Own Bike (Mandatory).
- Valid Driving License.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
