Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC AC duct fabrication and installation work at project sites.
- Lead and manage technicians and helpers to ensure smooth execution.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings and execute work as per specifications.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain daily work reports and monitor material requirements.
- Inspect completed work and resolve site-related issues.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in HVAC duct installation and site supervision.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC is preferred.
- Good knowledge of AC duct fabrication, installation, and site management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
