Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Assistant Professor for Ethics & Values to deliver quality education and guide students in developing strong moral principles, professional ethics, and value-based decision-making. The candidate should be capable of creating an engaging learning environment and encouraging critical thinking, integrity, and social responsibility among students.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver lectures on Ethics & Values, including moral philosophy, professional ethics, human values, and social responsibilities as per the prescribed syllabus.
* Design and organize structured course content aligned with academic standards and institutional objectives.
* Conduct interactive classroom sessions, discussions, and activities to enhance student participation and ethical awareness.
* Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, presentations, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to students.
* Guide students in value-based learning, personality development, and ethical decision-making.
* Encourage students to participate in seminars, workshops, and community engagement activities related to ethics and values.
* Maintain discipline and foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
* Stay updated with current developments and practices in ethics, education, and value-based learning methodologies.
* Collaborate with faculty members and management in academic planning and institutional activities.
