Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee queries and HR support tasks.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
