Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize all legal documents related to properties, land records, leases, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate with lawyers, legal consultants, and internal departments for documentation and record management.
- Prepare, file, scan, and archive legal documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Track important dates related to agreements, renewals, registrations, and legal compliances.
- Ensure proper indexing and retrieval of legal files whenever required.
- Assist in preparing documentation for property transactions, registrations, and legal proceedings.
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal and organizational documents.
- Follow up with government offices, legal authorities, and external agencies when required.
- Support the legal team with administrative and documentation-related tasks.
- Ensure all records are updated, accurate, and readily accessible.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Legal Documentation (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in legal documentation, legal administration, or property documentation.
- Experience in handling property-related documents and agreements will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with property documentation, registrations, leases, and legal agreements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with advocates and government offices.
Pay: ₹11,241.78 - ₹23,418.28 per month
Work Location: In person
