Roles & Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and finalize legal agreements and contracts
Maintain and organize legal documents and records
Liaise with external legal counsel on ongoing matters
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and statutory requirements
Support in preparing responses to legal notices and litigation cases
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of licenses and approvals
Eligibility Criteria:
LLB (Mandatory); LLM will be an added advantage
2–5 years of relevant experience in legal functions
Sound knowledge of contract drafting and legal compliance
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Experience:
- Legal drafting: 3 years (Required)
