About Us
East Coast at Madras Square is part of the Madras Square Hospitality Group, operating three premium resto-bars in Chennai along with a large-scale outdoor catering division.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Liquor Cost Controller & Credit Collections Executive to join our team. While prior experience in liquor inventory is preferred, training will be provided to candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

- Are comfortable speaking with guests and corporate clients over phone and email.
Key ResponsibilitiesLiquor Cost Control
- Maintain accurate liquor inventory records.
- Process liquor issues based on daily bar indents using inventory software.
- Conduct periodic audits and physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory and investigate variances.
- Monitor reorder levels and assist with purchase planning.
- Calculate and verify beverage taxes within the software.
Credit Collections
- Follow up with guests and corporate clients for outstanding payments.
- Collect overdue receivables and maintain ageing reports.
- Make daily calls, send emails and follow up on pending invoices.
- Maintain an accurate database of outstanding credit accounts.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely collections.
