Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintenance of Transformers, HT/LT Panels, Motors, VFDs, DG Sets, UPS & Power Distribution Systems
✅ Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance
✅ Electrical Troubleshooting to minimize production downtime
✅ Support HVAC, Water Systems & Compressed Air Utilities
✅ Installation, Commissioning & Qualification of Electrical Equipment
✅ Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedules, SOPs & Technical Documentation
✅ Ensure Compliance with GMP, FDA & Electrical Safety Standards
✅ Monitor Energy Consumption & Implement Energy-Saving Initiatives
✅ Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Validation, QA & Vendors
✅ Participate in Safety Inspections, Risk Assessments & Continuous Improvement Activities
Required Skills:
✔ Electrical Power Systems
✔ PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)
✔ SCADA Systems
✔ VFDs & Instrumentation
✔ AutoCAD Electrical
✔ Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
✔ Knowledge of GMP, FDA & Electrical Safety Standards
✔ Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills
✔ Ability to Read Electrical Drawings & Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
