Description
Role Objective: To support stakeholder coordination, project data collection and validation, database management, reporting, documentation, and follow-up tracking for the Small Hydro Power Programme.
Minimum Academic Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce.
Minimum Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Coordinate with State Nodal Agencies (SNAs), developers, and other stakeholders for collection, compilation, and validation of project-related data.
Maintain project databases, MIS records, dashboards, action-point trackers, and compliance status reports in coordination with the rest of the team.
Assist in preparation of analytical reports, briefing notes, presentations, agenda papers, and minutes for review meetings, committee meetings, and stakeholder consultations.
Track timelines and support follow-up actions related to project approvals, commissioning milestones, and fund disbursement processes.
Support structured data handling, documentation management, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-up across programme activities.
Provide day-to-day coordination support for programme reviews and stakeholder interactions.
Experience in documentation, data handling, coordination support, or analytical assistance in government or consultancy assignments.
Comfort with structured data compilation, follow-up tracking, and preparation of meeting support materials.
Strong working ability in spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and office documentation.
