About the Role
TheBranDad, a creative sub-brand under Unisaas Digi Solutions LLP, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You'll work closely with senior designers, account managers, and clients to bring brand stories to life across digital and print media. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer to grow their skills in a fast-paced agency environment, working across a variety of client industries and project types.
Note: This role is currently remote but will move to an on-site setup in the future, so we're prioritizing candidates based in or near Nadapuram, Vadakara, and Calicut.
Key Responsibilities
● Design engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads
● Assist in developing brand identities, including logos, style guides, and marketing collateral
● Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and presentation decks
● Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute campaign concepts
● Revise and refine designs based on feedback from senior designers and clients
● Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent, and delivered on time
● Prepare final files for print and digital production
● Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
● 0–2 years of professional graphic design experience (internships/freelance work count)
● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio)
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
● Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
● A portfolio showcasing design range (branding, social media, print, digital)
● Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
● Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines
● Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment Nice to Have
● Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
● Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
● Experience working with agency clients or in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
