We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB) Specialist with 7–10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, with strong expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CMDB architecture, Discovery, Service Mapping, data reconciliation, and integration with enterprise IT infrastructure while ensuring high-quality configuration data.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration and asset data.
Lead end-to-end CMDB implementation, enhancement, and optimization within the ServiceNow ITOM framework.
Configure and manage CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, identification, and reconciliation rules.
Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for automated configuration data population.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow ITOM solutions with existing enterprise infrastructure.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CMDB configurations and workflows.
Monitor CMDB health, identify data integrity issues, and implement corrective measures to maintain data quality.
Develop and maintain CMDB governance, standards, policies, and best practices.
Support IT Operations, Asset Management, Security, and Infrastructure teams by providing accurate configuration data.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
