Work you'll do
As an Assistant Manager, Integration and Development Management on the Technology CoE team, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Salesforce capabilities that enable high-quality delivery and business impact.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions to support business functions, project objectives, and stakeholder requirements.
- Create and maintain Salesforce fields, views, reports, dashboards, workflows, triggers, Apex, and Visualforce components.
- Support integration with third-party systems and manage data integration from multiple sources.
- Conduct system testing, data cleanup, analysis, and implementation support in coordination with US stakeholders.
- Manage project deliverables, maintain trackers, and support timely execution across multiple CRM initiatives.
The team
Technology CoE offers innovative solutions that enable CMG to execute with agility, drive closed-looped marketing and achieve operational excellence; optimizes data, tools, people, and process.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 7-9 years of experience in Salesforce administration
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery for multiple projects in the CRM domain
- Experience using Salesforce reporting functionality and standard reporting tools
- Experience developing on the Force.com platform, including workflows, triggers, Apex, and Visualforce
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and managing data from multiple sources
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with Einstein Analytics
- MBA
- Experience reviewing deliverables and maintaining project trackers
