Manage daily large-scale food production and kitchen operations.
Handle preparation and cooking for high-volume meal services.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation during mass food production.
Supervise production teams including CDPs, Commis, Helpers, and Stewarding staff.
Monitor batch cooking, production timing, and food dispatch schedules.
Plan daily production requirements according to operational demand.
Maintain proper utilization of raw materials and control food wastage.
Coordinate with purchase and store departments for stock availability and kitchen requirements.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained across production areas.
Monitor storage, labeling, FIFO practices, and temperature control procedures.
Train kitchen staff on production efficiency, SOPs, and hygiene practices.
Support menu execution and maintain smooth kitchen workflow during peak operations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
