- Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments or customer visits, if required.
- Update call details in the CRM/system.
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
