Responsibilities
· Handle inbound sales and customer service calls
· Provide customer support through email and online chat
· Screen text and audio content according to company guidelines
· Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
· Prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
· Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
· Strong comprehension skills in both French and English
· French proficiency equivalent to B2–C1 level, with demonstrated spoken fluency
· Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple software applications
· Strong customer service skills, including:

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
