We are looking for a detail-oriented QuickBooks Controller / Financial Analyst to manage our financial operations and provide valuable insights into business performance. This role is ideal for someone who can help leadership understand expenses, profitability, and the overall financial health of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Track and categorize business expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Analyze cost vs. revenue for each service and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain organized financial records.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial analysis, or a controller role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience working with service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
