Job Purpose:
Onsitego is looking for an HRBP to support the business with their manpower requirement, resolve employee issues and help improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Source and screen applicants through online channels, such as naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Support the business with adequate manpower.
- Provide HR expertise to the assigned business in the areas of employee relations, feedback, coaching etc.
- Ensure the new joiner is well equipped to perform by ensuring his/her pre-post onboarding formalities, HR inductions and adherence to HR processes like assigning buddy, issuance of ID cards, IT assets, alignment to training team for product and process training etc.
- Regular HR connects with the employees to understand the employee issues and align with business to provide resolution.
- Responsible for organizing fun activities for employees motivation and retention.
- Taking care of exit formalities – asset handover, understanding the reasons for exit, intimation to relevant teams.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
