We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee our daily manufacturing and facility operations. You will direct production employees, manage inventory, and implement process improvements to meet company goals safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of production management and supply chain logistics.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily manufacturing processes to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance, schedule routine preventive maintenance, and minimize machine downtime.
- Develop cost-effective strategies, manage operational expenses, and analyze production reports to identify and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to guarantee uninterrupted availability of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished goods.
Requirement :
- Should be minimum 3 Years of experience as Supervisor/Manager In a Production Unit.
- Preferable from steel doors/windows production unit.
- Additional weightage for CNC cutting & welding knowledge.
- Age Limit : 35-45 years.
- Gulf return persons will also be considered.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
