Role Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Kush Tech Baba, you will play an essential role in shaping our brand’s voice across various digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish creative content (posts, stories, videos, and more) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Monitor audience engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to messages promptly.
- Track social media analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Research trending topics and keep up with the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas and campaign strategies.
Requirements:
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media tools and analytics (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience with video editing tools or basic graphic design knowledge.
