- Prepare and cook South Indian vegetarian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, pongal, sambar, chutneys, meals, etc.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food.
- Handle mise en place and daily kitchen preparation.
- Follow food safety and company SOPs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in South Indian vegetarian cuisine.
- Good knowledge of authentic South Indian recipes and preparation methods.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
