Job Summary
Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Training Manager / Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead learning and capability development initiatives across business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee performance, operational excellence, leadership capability, customer experience, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) across departments.
- Develop and execute induction, functional, behavioural, leadership, customer service, and compliance training programs.
- Design learning content, presentations, SOP manuals, assessments, and training materials.
- Conduct operational, service excellence, and Fire & Life Safety training.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain training records, reports, and audit documentation.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and employee capability enhancement.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Training Manager or Learning & Development Manager.
- Experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, Gaming, Entertainment, Amusement, or other customer-facing service industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, facilitation techniques, leadership development, SOP implementation, and compliance training.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business requirements.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.
