We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 6 months of experience in generating qualified leads through platforms like Freelancer, IndiaMART, LinkedIn and cold calling and convert the leads as well. The candidate should be target-oriented and skilled in communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads from:
- Freelancer and LinkedIn
- IndiaMART inquiries and buyer interactions
- Cold calling potential customers
- Identify target customers, pitch services/products, and convert inquiries into leads
- Maintain and update lead tracking tools, or CRMs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for follow-ups
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead targets
- Prepare reports on lead performance and pipeline status
Requirements:
- 6 months of proven experience in BDE
- Strong knowledge of:
- Freelancer, IndiaMART, LinkedIn
- Cold calling and client communication
- Good command of English and Hindi
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and a CRM tool
Preferred Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA/B.Tech/BCA or a relevant degree in Business or IT.
- Previous experience working in a target-based sales role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking software.
