We are seeking a compassionate and certified Psychologist to provide part-time counseling and emotional wellness support for doctors and hospital staff. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, stress management support, and promoting mental well-being in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential counseling sessions to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff
- Support stress, burnout, anxiety, and workplace emotional challenges
- Conduct wellness and mental health awareness sessions
- Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality standards
- Coordinate with hospital management when required
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology
- Valid certification or license to practice
- Prior counseling experience preferred, especially in healthcare settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
