- Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training on technical procedures and safety practices.
- Safety Compliance:Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts inventory and service history.
- Customer Service:Explain vehicle issues and repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Parts Management:Oversee parts inventory, ensuring timely ordering and proper storage of necessary components.
