Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure mechanical materials, equipment, and spare parts
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers
- Prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
- Ensure materials meet technical and quality specifications
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and stores teams
- Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Verify GRNs and coordinate invoice processing with accounts
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Freshers to Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical purchasing or procurement
- Knowledge of mechanical components, materials, and spare parts
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Working knowledge of SAP systems and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
