Recruitment In-Charge – Automotive
Role Summary
The Recruitment In-Charge is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the automotive dealership/network. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, support, and corporate positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, campus drives, and walk-in interviews.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within the defined hiring timeline.
- Maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline for future vacancies.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and cost per hire.
- Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and recruitment partners.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation requirements.
- Prepare periodic recruitment MIS and hiring reports for management.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in automotive dealership or automobile industry recruitment.
- Knowledge of hiring for roles such as Sales Executives, Service Advisors, Technicians, Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), Front Office Executives (FOEs), Drivers, and Managerial positions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
