We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage patient interactions, handle follow-ups, maintain records, and convert leads into walk-in customers. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a professional approach while dealing with patients and inquiries.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Generate and convert leads into walk-in customers/patients.
- Take regular follow-ups with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback.
- Maintain and update patient data and records accurately.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information about services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure timely response to inquiries and appointments.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential patient data.
Qualification
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience preferred.
Salary
- As per industry standards.
