Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain Oracle and IBM DB2 databases.
- Administer Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and IBM DB2 HADR environments.
- Perform database backup, recovery, cloning, migration, and refresh activities using RMAN and DB2 utilities.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize SQL queries and database resources.
- Manage database security, user access, auditing, encryption, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex database issues related to performance, replication, storage, locking, and connectivity.
- Plan and execute database upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
- Automate routine DBA activities using Shell Scripting, SQL, or Python.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams for deployments and production support.
- Prepare database health reports, documentation, and follow ITIL change management processes.
- Participate in production support, incident management, and on-call activities.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Preferred Certifications
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
- Oracle Certified Master (Preferred)
- IBM Certified Database Administrator – DB2
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certification (Preferred)

Pay: ₹600,955.37 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
