This role will be responsible for providing support to Superior IT Solutions customer base - support in the use of the computer hardware and software, ensuring technology is reliable. The support will be across areas including software, hardware, mobile technologies (10S / Android), video conferencing and communication systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide telephone, email and chat support for user queries by investigating and resolving issues and escalating as necessary.
* Level ,23 Incident management across varied technologies, e.g. Windows 10, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, General AV troubleshooting, Printing, Network Connectivity, etc.
* Users’ equipment is correctly configured. You will be the first point of call for the new employees
* Manage hardware and software requests.
* Assist with Implementing Atera support ticket system, Track all support tickets and update tickets with useful resolution information
* IT Asset Management
* Keep upto date on technology trends by reading technical publications, related web-sites, etc.
* Share support information (eg. FAQs, updating the support tickets with accurate information) with colleagues by documenting all information and making it available in shared location.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in same profile
* Microsoft Windows Client OS (Windows 7, Windows 8.x and Windows 10) - required.
* Basic Networking - understand concepts of TCP/IP required.
* Basic Administration of Microsoft Server Applications, including SharePoint and Exchange - preferable.
* Exposure to Active Directory Administration.
* Exposure to VMware or other Virtualization technology.
* General Office 365 technical knowledge to resolve both functional and technical problems
* Experience supporting Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams etc) - required
* AppleiPhone, iPad support
* exposure to Backup technology
