Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply & Operations Intern to support daily operations, inventory tracking, and e-commerce processes. This is a hands-on role with high ownership and learning.
Working Hours (Important – Please Read Carefully)
This is a split shift role, and both slots are mandatory:
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekly Offs: 2nd and 4th Saturday + Sundays
Key Responsibilities
- Track inventory and maintain stock records
- Assist in order processing and shipment coordination
- Support e-commerce operations (Amazon/Flipkart)
- Vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain reports and operational documentation
- Resolve order/logistics-related issues
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Self-disciplined and reliable (remote work)
- Must have a proper work setup (laptop + stable internet)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Important Conditions
- This is a full-time role only – no part-time, freelancers, or side engagements
- We are looking for long-term, committed individuals
Growth & Leave Policy
- First 3 Months: Internship
- Post 3 Months: Conversion to Operations Trainee (based on performance)
- Leave Policy (Trainee & above): 15 leaves annually (no additional leave types , 2nd and 4th saturday off and all sunday's off)
- 6–12 Months: Opportunity to grow into Operations Executive based on performance
