- Lead engineering activities for DCS/PLC/SCADA projects using Honeywell systems
- Design, configure, and test control strategies, HMI graphics, and alarm systems
- Develop and implement solutions using Honeywell Experion PKS, TDC 3000, HC900, or Safety Manager
- Manage full project lifecycle: design, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup
- Lead and mentor a team of control engineers and technicians
- Interface with clients to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and expansions of existing control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex process control issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISA, IEC, SIL, HAZOP, LOPA)
Technical skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Honeywell Experion PKS
- Honeywell TDC 3000
- Honeywell Safety Manager / FSC
- Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.)
- Experience in SCADA, HMI design, and industrial networking
- Familiarity with control theory, PID tuning, and process dynamics
- Expertise in alarm management standards (ISA-18.2, EEMUA 191)
