The Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Service is responsible for promoting service business through customer engagement, branding activities, telemarketing, and field visits. The role focuses on enhancing customer relationships, generating service leads, improving customer retention, and increasing awareness of service campaigns and dealership offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute service branding and promotional activities.
- Conduct telecalling for service reminders, campaigns, customer feedback, and appointment bookings.
- Visit corporate clients, institutions, and local businesses to promote dealership service offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and corporate accounts.
- Support customer retention and service marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate customer engagement events, roadshows, and service camps.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving customer concerns.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, field visits, and campaign activities.
- Generate leads and contribute to achieving service revenue targets.
Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Relations, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
