We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in [Language(s)]
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree
