We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Software Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and manage inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations via Google Meet, Zoom, or other virtual platforms.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and drive opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Experience in Software, SaaS, ERP, IT Services, or Technology Sales is preferred.
- Comfortable conducting virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in interacting with decision-makers.
- Ability to understand business challenges and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, IT Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales revenue achievement.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Number of product demonstrations conducted.
- Follow-up effectiveness and pipeline management.
- Deal closure rate and sales cycle efficiency.
- Customer acquisition and retention metrics.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- Laptop and reliable internet connection are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
