JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role: Regional Sales Manager
Experience: 8–15 Years
Educational Qualifications: MBA in International Business / Marketing / Sales preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Healthcare, or a related background is an added advantage
About the Role:
The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new global
markets, developing partnerships, driving international sales, and supporting the company’s expansion in targeted regions. The role requires strong global market understanding, distributor handling
experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end international business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development
- Identified and evaluated potential international markets based on demand, competition, and regulatory landscape.
- Developed market-entry plans and strategies for assigned regions.
- Conducted ongoing research to track industry trends, competitor benchmarks, pricing patterns, and customer needs.
Partner & Distributor Management
- Identify, assess, and onboard international distributors, channel partners, and clinical networks.
- Conduct product training, review performance metrics, and manage operational escalations.
- Build strong relationships with partners to ensure consistent business generation.
Sales & Revenue Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain international sales pipelines.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close international sales opportunities.
- Work with internal teams on documentation, export processes, and partner coordination.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Clinical, R&D, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and QARA teams for region- specific requirements.
- Support international product demonstrations, workshops, and conferences.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to support product improvements.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all export, regulatory, and compliance documents are prepared according to country- specific requirements.
- Work closely with internal compliance and quality teams for certifications and regulatory submissions.
Travel
Willingness to travel internationally for partner visits, business meetings, training sessions, and conferences (as needed).
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in international business development, global sales, or channel partner management.
- Preferred domain exposure: Medical Devices, Healthcare Solutions, Pharma, Biotech, or Technology Products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with distributors or international clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multi-country responsibilities.
- Understanding of commercial frameworks, export documentation, and basic regulatory norms.
