Visa Quest Immigration Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a confident and professional Interview Preparation Executive to guide and prepare students for international study visa interviews. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of study visa processes, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of IELTS standards and English language proficiency requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mock interviews for students applying for international study visas.
- Assess candidates' communication skills and interview readiness.
- Provide guidance on visa interview questions, documentation, and presentation.
- Train students to confidently answer embassy and university interview questions.
- Assist students in improving spoken English and overall interview performance.
- Stay updated with study visa requirements and policies of various countries.
- Maintain records of student progress and preparation sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of international study visa procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good IELTS score (preferred IELTS 7.0+ overall or equivalent proficiency).
- Experience in student counseling, visa guidance, IELTS training, or interview preparation will be an advantage.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide students professionally.
