Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Pastry Chef , or bakery Chef to prepare high-quality desserts, cakes, pastries, breads, and baked products while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, cookies, breads, and other baked items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Develop and test new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.
- Minimize wastage and maintain food cost standards.
- Handle customized cake and dessert orders when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
