Core DutiesPreparation and Mixing: Bakers measure, weigh, and mix ingredients such as flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, and butter to create doughs, batters, and icings. They may use machines or knead by hand to achieve the desired consistency and texture, ensuring accuracy and uniformity in every batch.
