Job Description & Summary :Manages day-to-day resourcing operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Collaborates with delivery and HR teams to meet business requirements through proactive resource planning and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Senior Associate (Workforce Analytics)
Analytically strong and technically advanced Resource Manager with deep expertise in Advanced Excel (including VBA, Macros, and automation) and professional-grade PowerPoint storytelling.
This individual will play a pivotal role in driving workforce analytics, forecasting, and utilization strategy, by transforming data into business intelligence and executive-ready presentations.
The ideal candidate will combine operational accuracy, automation mindset, and presentation excellence to enable leadership decisions and optimize workforce performance.
Resource Management & Analytics
Lead the design, maintenance, and automation of MIS reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence .
Perform detailed analysis of resource allocation, utilization , availability, and variance, identifying actionable insights for leadership.
Own end-to-end data integrity and validation across RM systems; ensure seamless integration with internal databases or platforms (e.g., Power BI, RMG tool, SAP).
Excel Mastery & Automation
Integrate Excel tools with other applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, databases) to enable real-time data refresh and reporting .
PowerPoint, Storytelling & Executive Reporting
Data Visualization & Insight Generation
Leverage data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to create interactive dashboards highlighting utilization , bench trends, and workforce metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 4–7 years of proven expertise in Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot) Workforce Analytics.
