About the Role
Cosmo Looks is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales, customer relationship management, and the aesthetics and healthcare industry. You will receive hands-on training while working directly with prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Convert inquiries into consultation appointments.
- Meet walk-in clients and explain treatment options and ongoing offers.
- Assist the clinic team in achieving monthly sales and appointment targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and outreach campaigns when required.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates, freshers with 1-2 years of experience .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Prior sales or telecalling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
