Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
- Explain photography packages and services to clients clearly and professionally
- Follow up with interested customers and convert them into bookings
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/lead sheets
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
- Handle incoming inquiries with a friendly and solution-oriented approach
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (photography/event industry preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and ability to meet targets
- Customer-focused, confident, and professional on calls
