Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Recruiter to drive recruitment initiatives, manage high-priority client requirements, and mentor recruiters within the US Staffing division. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional sourcing skills, and a proven track record of successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for IT positions across various technologies.
Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely submissions.
Mentor, guide, and support junior recruiters to achieve team goals.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and skill assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and ensure team productivity targets are achieved.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and quality standards.
Stay informed about market trends, hiring practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment or US Staffing.
Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of IT technologies and recruitment methodologies.
Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading a recruitment team.
