Job Title: Admissions and Marketing Manager

Role:
The Admissions and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving student enrollment and promoting the institution through effective marketing strategies. The role involves managing the admissions process, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective students and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programs and admissions.
- Coordinating with the other campus admin executives to boost up the admissions.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase enrollments.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, events, and partnerships with schools or organizations.
- Maintain admission records and track lead conversion and enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or student recruitment (preferably in education).
- Strong communication, marketing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet enrollment targets and manage outreach activities.
