We are hiring a skilled Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, create innovative menus, and ensure excellent food quality and guest satisfaction. The candidate should be capable of handling kitchen administration, staff supervision, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Duties:
- Manage all kitchen departments and staff.
- Design seasonal and special menus.
- Control food cost and kitchen expenses.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Conduct training for kitchen employees.
- Handle vendor coordination and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 to 10 Years experience in a senior kitchen leadership role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food production.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
